Method of handling complaints
Have you been discriminated against or see it happening to someone & live in Flevoland?
Report it to us! Together we make it work.
We treat all reports confidentially.
We do not share personal data with third parties.
We take steps only in consultation with the reporter.
Reporting can be done by phone, by mail, through the reporting form and through the Discrimination Notifier app.
If you indicated on your report that you would like advice and/or support, we will contact you. It is important that we get a good picture of your experience. Therefore, you will be given the opportunity to tell your story, and we will ask additional questions. This can be done over the phone, but usually we invite you for a personal conversation.
Together, we then discuss which next steps are best suited to your situation. We never take steps without checking with you first.
Would you prefer to report anonymously? That is also possible. Your report will then be included in reports, but we cannot provide support in that case.
All reports are registered in the national registration system and used for reports on discrimination. Your personal data will always remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Report it via Discrimination.com. BGBF is affiliated with this and we follow up on the reports. We work according to the National Protocol Complaint Handling.
Reports are handled by our complaint handling consultants.
