Bureau Gelijke Behandeling Flevoland is an independent institution that focuses on preventing and combating discrimination on all grounds.

Every municipality in the Netherlands has an anti-discrimination facility. Bureau Gelijke Behandeling is the facility for Almere, Lelystad, Noordoostpolder, Dronten, Urk and Zeewolde. Every resident or organization of Flevoland who has experience with discrimination or has questions about it can contact us.

Complaints handling, support and advice by the Equal Treatment Bureau Flevoland is free of charge for those reporting discrimination.

Prevention, education & training

Bureau Gelijke Behandeling Flevoland pays a lot of attention to prevention and education. Creating awareness, (re)cognition and connection is the basis of a good approach against discrimination and for equality.
