Bu \u00fccret fark\u0131 y\u00fczde 3,5 ile neredeyse y\u00fczde 10 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Dikkat \u00e7eken ayr\u0131nt\u0131, Hollanda \u201cdaki yarg\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u201d \u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131n olmas\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Bu yayg\u0131n bir alg\u0131d\u0131r. E\u015fit olmayan \u00fccret 1975 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana kanunen yasaklanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kad\u0131nlar ve erkekler aras\u0131nda hala b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00fccret fark\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu fark daralmak yerine daha da a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor. 2023'te yap\u0131lan <a href=\"https:\/\/indd.adobe.com\/view\/25432781-f16d-489d-a177-90aec6b532ac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ulusal Maa\u015f Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131<\/a>, e\u015fde\u011fer i\u015f yapan kad\u0131n ve erkekler aras\u0131ndaki \u00fccret fark\u0131n\u0131n son iki y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 5'ten y\u00fczde 7,4'e y\u00fckseldi\u011fini ortaya koymu\u015ftur.   <\/p>\n<h3>Flevoland en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fccret fark\u0131  <\/h3>\n<p>Flevoland'da kad\u0131n ve erkek aras\u0131ndaki maa\u015f fark\u0131 en y\u00fcksek seviyededir. Ayn\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re ilimizde erkeklerin maa\u015f\u0131 %13,4 oran\u0131nda daha y\u00fcksektir. Groningen eyaletinde ise bu fark erkekler lehine %2,8 ile en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyededir.    <\/p>\n<h3>\u201cKad\u0131n i\u015fleri\u201d daha az \u00f6nemseniyor  <\/h3>\n<p>Buna ek olarak, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bask\u0131n oldu\u011fu meslekler, erkeklerin bask\u0131n oldu\u011fu mesleklere k\u0131yasla daha az itibar g\u00f6rmektedir. Bu ba\u011flant\u0131 ilk olarak 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda Evelyne Sullerot taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Sullerot Kanunu olarak bilinmektedir. Bunun bir \u00f6rne\u011fi \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fidir. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011finde eskiden erkekler \u00e7o\u011funluktayd\u0131, ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kad\u0131nlar \u00e7o\u011funlukta ve bu meslek art\u0131k daha az prestijli ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretli olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.     <\/p>\n<h3>\u015eu anda kendiniz ne yapabilirsiniz?  <\/h3>\n<p>Avrupa Komisyonu, kad\u0131n ve erkekler aras\u0131ndaki \u00fccret ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak amac\u0131yla bir y\u00f6nerge yay\u0131nlad\u0131. Bu direktif, i\u015fverenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na maa\u015flar ve bunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l belirlendi\u011fi konusunda daha fazla bilgi vermesini gerektirmektedir. Bu sayede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kendilerine adil \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131p yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha iyi de\u011ferlendirebileceklerdir. Bu nedenle i\u015fverenler, i\u015fe almadan \u00f6nce pozisyonun (ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7) maa\u015f\u0131 veya \u00fccret skalas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermelidir.
