Maddesi, birlikte e\u015fit muamele mevzuat\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan di\u011fer kanunlarda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Genel E\u015fit Muamele Yasas\u0131 (AWGB), din\/inan\u00e7, siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, \u0131rk\/k\u00f6ken, milliyet, medeni durum, cinsiyet ve cinsel y\u00f6nelim temelinde ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa u\u011frayan bireyleri korur;<\/li>\n<li>Engellilik veya kronik hastal\u0131k nedeniyle e\u015fit muamele Yasas\u0131 (WGBH\/CZ);<\/li>\n<li>Ya\u015f E\u015fit Muamele Yasas\u0131 (WGBL);<\/li>\n<li>Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Yasas\u0131 (WGB);<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Saatleri Ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k Yasas\u0131 (WOA);<\/li>\n<li>Belirli s\u00fcreli ve belirsiz s\u00fcreli ayr\u0131m yasas\u0131 (WOBOT);<\/li>\n<li>Belirli ve belirsiz s\u00fcreli devlet memurlar\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131ran kanun (ayr\u0131ca WOBOT);<\/li>\n<li><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wetten.overheid.nl\/BWBR0005290\/2022-01-01\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medeni Kanun Madde 7:646 ila 7:649<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ile ilgilidir ve muhabiri ma\u011fduriyetten korur;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wetten.overheid.nl\/BWBR0001947\/2017-01-01#TiteldeelIII\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Kamu Hizmeti Yasas\u0131n\u0131n 125g ve 125h B\u00f6l\u00fcmleri<\/strong><\/em><\/a>: Devlet memurlar\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri ile ilgilidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Ceza Hukuku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ceza Kanunu'nun 90quater B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n genel bir tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ceza kanunu, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k su\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak bilinen belirli ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k bi\u00e7imlerini su\u00e7 haline getirmektedir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nefret, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k veya \u015fiddete tahrik (madde 137d);<\/li>\n<li>Bir gruba alenen hakaret etmek (madde 137c);<\/li>\n<li>Ayr\u0131mc\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011fe sahip materyallerin kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 (madde 137e);<\/li>\n<li>Ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelik faaliyetlere\/organizasyonlara kat\u0131lmak veya desteklemek (madde 137f);<\/li>\n<li>Bir makam, meslek veya i\u015fin icras\u0131nda \u0131rklar\u0131 nedeniyle ki\u015filere kar\u015f\u0131 kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yapmak (madde 137g);<\/li>\n<li>Irk, din, inan\u00e7, cinsiyet veya heteroseks\u00fcel ya da homoseks\u00fcel y\u00f6nelim nedeniyle bir makam\u0131n, mesle\u011fin veya i\u015fin icras\u0131nda ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yapmak (madde 429quater).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bu ayr\u0131mc\u0131 su\u00e7lar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u201cayr\u0131mc\u0131 bir y\u00f6n\u00fc olan\u201d bir polis memuruna hakaret etmek gibi \u201cadi su\u00e7lardan\u201d da bahsedilmektedir; hakaret, \u00f6rne\u011fin memurun ten rengiyle ilgilidir. Ayr\u0131mc\u0131 y\u00f6n a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir neden olarak say\u0131labilir. <\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bkz: Ceza Kanunu (WvSr).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uluslararas\u0131 hukuk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 hukuk, h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin uymas\u0131 gereken kurallarla ilgilidir ve kendi aralar\u0131ndaki vatanda\u015flara uygulanmaz. BM \u201cden \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 Evrensel S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u201d ne (\u0130HEB) a\u015finay\u0131z. Bu antla\u015fma 1948 y\u0131l\u0131nda kabul edilmi\u015ftir ve insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n evrensel oldu\u011funa dair ilk uluslararas\u0131 onayd\u0131r. \u0130HEB yasal olarak ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bunlardan en bilineni Avrupa \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi'dir (A\u0130HS).
