Discrimination is the unequal treatment of people because of characteristics that do not matter.<\/p>\n

These are the grounds for discrimination.Dat zijn de discriminatiegronden.<\/p>\n

Making a distinction is not always prohibited. For example, a distinction may be made on age in the supermarket and for a male role in a theater play, a distinction may also be made on gender. <\/p>\n

When in doubt, you can always report discrimination. Gladly even. We will then find out for you. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Even if you think: 'I can never prove that', report it. The perpetrator must prove that there has been no discrimination, which we call reversed burden of proof. Calling someone to account and holding up a mirror can also have a real impact and change behavior. <\/p>\n

So don't just let it go, but let yourself be heard. Together we can make it work. Every report is important: it also gives us insight into where and what can and should be improved! Our help is free of charge. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
