Internship intervention projects discrimination in schools (WO)

24 hours a week

Bureau Gelijke Behandeling Flevoland is a foundation dedicated to the prevention of discrimination. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated WO intern (duration and start of internship in consultation, but no earlier than early August) to participate in our project aimed at combating discriminatory bullying behavior at schools.

Description

As an intern, you will work closely with your colleague Margriet. Together you are responsible for conducting research and intervention projects at primary and secondary schools. This includes conducting needs analyses and setting up effective intervention programs for schools that come to us because of specific problems with discriminatory (bullying) behavior. You will build on the work already done by your predecessor and seek out appropriate community organizations and other stakeholders to collaboratively develop, implement and monitor creative projects. The ultimate goal is to empower schools in creating a safe and supportive school environment.
